I was very pleased with the service I received at Crown Buick GMC. My Service Advisor was John Grundon. He was very accommodating. I was very late as a result of circumstances beyond my control, but I was Buick GMC. My Service Advisor was John Grundon. He was very accommodating. I was very late as a result of circumstances beyond my control, but I was still able to keep my service appointment. I had basic service, oil change & tire rotation, and was in and out in about an hour. John was friendly, knowledgeable, and again, accommodating. This is the type of service that keeps people coming back. Thanks for a great first experience with your dealership. I look forward to similar future service experiences with you. More

I'm not a big respond to survey guy, and I'm a relatively new Service customer, and so far Service is pretty good. Prices are not too exorbitant as dealers can be sometimes. Only issue that I'd mention for new Service customer, and so far Service is pretty good. Prices are not too exorbitant as dealers can be sometimes. Only issue that I'd mention for you here is that you guys offer a free wash with Service, but the wash rack is down a lot. Last couple times I brought the Denali in, no wash as the system was down, again. It almost seems like the team doesn't want to offer the wash. For me, its kind of what differentiates you guys from other Service providers. Recommend fix the wash rack, or the peeps that run it, and make that a key deliverable. It delights a customer like me.
