Pleasant Experience with Service Dept. (Ryan) After a couple rough starts, I finally was paired up with Ryan in the service department for the repair of my used Honda that I'd bought from Crown Bu After a couple rough starts, I finally was paired up with Ryan in the service department for the repair of my used Honda that I'd bought from Crown Buick GMC. He was prompt and courteous, making my experience there rather pleasant and easy. He is knowledgeable and friendly, and I felt that this visit to Crown's service department was less intimidating than other service shops I've been to in the past. I will definitely return to Ryan for help in the future and will highly recommend him to anyone I know. More
