Awesome Experience in the Service Department Dave B. was my Service Advisor and was awesome! My daughter ran over something in the road with her Buick Verano and the tire needed to be replaced. Dave B. was my Service Advisor and was awesome! My daughter ran over something in the road with her Buick Verano and the tire needed to be replaced. Dave B. got my vehicle in the shop and took care of all the paperwork and treated me like I was the only customer in the place and trust me, it was Monday... I was not the only one there, it was quite busy. All was taken care of! Thank you Dave B.! Note: More seats have been added to the waiting area since my last visit which was nice and definitely needed. Thank you Crown Buick GMC! I WILL be back. : - ) More
