Very Friendly Sales Help William Sampson was very friendly and took time to answer all of our questions. He did not hurry us. He was patient and took time to show us the 2014 William Sampson was very friendly and took time to answer all of our questions. He did not hurry us. He was patient and took time to show us the 2014 Buick Regal and gave both me and my wife a chance to drive this car. Bob Patterson was very dynamic and engaging sales person who built our trust by explaining some of the advantages of buying a GM Certified Pre-Owned car. Excellant service department I called the service department for an alignment on my vehicle and was able to get an appointment the next day. Considering this was the first time I' I called the service department for an alignment on my vehicle and was able to get an appointment the next day. Considering this was the first time I've needed service on my truck I wasn't sure what I was suppose to do. I pulled into the dealership and was greeted by Dave, he said have a seat and handled taking care of everything. I sat in the waiting room and was provided with an update from him periodically until the truck was done. Thank you Dave I appreciate your great customer service. More

GREAT SERVICE I brought the car to get serviced for some issues that I had with my Buick. Bill Hevel assisted me and had great customer service. My new Encore We bought a 2016 Envision the summer of ‘16 from Tammy Wagner and were both very happy with our purchase and the assistance from Tammy at that time.
