I was so impressed with the two salesmen happily working together as we were there on two separate days. It says a lot about a dealership and these two men as people that both of them truly wanted the other person to benefit from this sale. Everyone was polite and efficient and there was no pressure. My toddler son was with us and everyone could not have been more accommodating and kind. We are so happy to now own from this great dealership and would recommend this car buying experience to everyone. More

""Excellent Customer Service" I took my car to get the light bulb replaced and noticed a leak on the ground. I showed Ryan, my Service Rep and immediately he said we need to get th I took my car to get the light bulb replaced and noticed a leak on the ground. I showed Ryan, my Service Rep and immediately he said we need to get that checked out as soon as possible and for me to let him know when I would be available to drop my car off. I explained to Ryan that I really needed transportation while my car was being repaired because I still had to go to work and take my Grandmother to her scheduled doctor appointments. Ryan totally understood my concern for the need of transportation and provided me with a loaner car. The mechanic found that my transmission needed to be replaced. The transmission was replaced within 24 hours after I dropped my car off and when I went to pick up my car, it was washed and clean just sitting there looking beautiful waiting on me. I'm really thankful for Ryan and the mechanic for taking excellent care of ME and MY CAR!!!!!!! More

I researched GMC, Dodge, Toyota, Nissan and Chevy. I chose to purchase a GMC Sierra. I purchased it from my local dealer at the time (North Hillsborough county). I experienced many less than positive interactions with that dealership. Based to my experiences, I came to the conclusion that GMC has poor overall customer service. We recently moved after purchasing a home in Pinellas county (St. Petersburg). While taking my truck in for routine scheduled maintenance (to kill time) I chose to look at some newer SUV models. The sales people were very good, not pushy but quick with suggestions. I was offered both the Yukon and Yukon Denali to take for a few days in order to get a feel and gage the differences. When I returned to the service area to pick-up my truck they had cleaned it and checked something that I wasn't aware was even broken. We scheduled a time to drop the truck off for repair. I'm very happy with this dealership. Crown has me helped me believe in GMC again. More

Bill Hevel got my Truck repaired Yesterday, at about 1:30pm. I noticed something leaking out of my truck, "it was antifreeze " I called Bill and informed him of the situation, As an Yesterday, at about 1:30pm. I noticed something leaking out of my truck, "it was antifreeze " I called Bill and informed him of the situation, As an independent contractor my truck is my lively hood. I finished my route and had the truck up to his shop by 3:00pm. Gave the keys to Bill and he assured me "That he would take care of it" .....At 8:00am the next morning Bill was calling me to let me know my truck was completed, washed,and ready for work! And explained to me that one of his tech's worked late the night before,then came in early to finish my truck, I can't thank you all enough for such a stellar performance of service. Bryan More

I never stress out when I take my Chevy Tahoe in for service because I know that Bill Hevel will keep my 2000 Chevy Tahoe (65,000 original miles) runn I never stress out when I take my Chevy Tahoe in for service because I know that Bill Hevel will keep my 2000 Chevy Tahoe (65,000 original miles) running smoothly. My wife just wants a safe car to drive and Bill tells me what we need to do to keep us safe on the road. Other Dealerships look for things to fix so your bill is higher than you expected. Bill is knowledgeable and honest and that is what I look for in a good Service Department. More
