MY 1ST BRAND NEW CAR ! I was on a search to buy my 1st BRAND NEW CAR. I had my heart set on the new Buick Cascada. I stopped at Crown Buick in St Pete, as I was walking in I was on a search to buy my 1st BRAND NEW CAR. I had my heart set on the new Buick Cascada. I stopped at Crown Buick in St Pete, as I was walking in I was greeted by LISA GUTTERY. From that moment on I was thrilled to have met Lisa. She was so helpful, knowledgeable and she knew how to make the deal work for me. She has called me several times since my purchase & is always there when I need her, & boy I have needed her. I will definitely look to her when I'm ready in the future for another car. More

Excellent service experience! To my dismay I got stuck with my 2013 Chevy Sonic in the wee hours of the night last week. I was fortunately able to get a jump start to get me home. To my dismay I got stuck with my 2013 Chevy Sonic in the wee hours of the night last week. I was fortunately able to get a jump start to get me home. The next morning I made a frantic call Bill Hevel whom assured me that it was most likely just the battery, Thankfully that was exactly the issue and about one hour and a new battery later I was able to drive away! Thank you Bill Hevel for your friendly, courteous and expert help once again!!! More

excellent service My 2015 GMC Terrain would not start at my home. Triple AAA jumped it and I drove it to Crown Buick GMC at 5237 34th Street North St. Pete, Fl. 33714. My 2015 GMC Terrain would not start at my home. Triple AAA jumped it and I drove it to Crown Buick GMC at 5237 34th Street North St. Pete, Fl. 33714. I was immediately met by Greg Berry the service advisor. I did not have an appointment but Greg stated he would fit me in and diagnose the problem. Several minutes later he advised it was a weak battery and he could replace it. But, before that action he courteously volunteered to research my vehicles warranty and discovered the replacement battery was still up under the dealerships warranty. The battery was replaced, my interior of my car was well protected by temporary floor mats and seat covers. My total service call was less than twenty five minutes. Also, the lounge area was stocked with (12) different types of coffee, fresh baked cookies and a well stocked vending machines (snacks and refreshments). Very clean as well as the restroom facilities. This is my first GMC and I will utilize the dealerships service center for my vehicle. More

I told David what problems I was experincing and he told me despite a full schedule he would work me right in. When I pulled up in the service drive David greeted me and took me to his office where he took my information. He offered me a ride to my office but I had a co-work pick me up. While my car was in the service drive an attendant opened my hood checked the fluids and topped off my washer fluid. A nice an unexpected touch! I received and call a few hours later from David just as he said he would and he explained what was needed to be done and how long it would take. The car was ready an hour before he promised and it was sparkling clean when I picked it up. My Buick is running great now. Thank you David for your top notch customer service ! More

He will tell you the truth about the different options you have, even if it means getting a lower bill. I really appreciate his honesty and his customer service. It's why I take my Pontiac G5 there for service every time something with my car acts up. More
