Excellent associate David Biagi Every time I go for my service, David Biagi is always so pleasant. I usually schedule my appointments around 7:30-8a, and never have I gone, and Davi Every time I go for my service, David Biagi is always so pleasant. I usually schedule my appointments around 7:30-8a, and never have I gone, and David not have a smile on his face . Even on service appointments where I have scheduled with another associate, David always comes up and asks if I have been helped and if not he is more than willing to do. He definitely makes sitting at the service department much more pleasant. Everyone in the service department is wonderful, but David always stands out to me. More

Fantastic service department at Crown Buick GMC! My wife recently brought our 2016 Buick Enclave in for some warranty work recently. Dave did a fantastic job and all went smooth for my wife and three My wife recently brought our 2016 Buick Enclave in for some warranty work recently. Dave did a fantastic job and all went smooth for my wife and three small children. Due to being out of loaner vehicles, they were taken to Enterprise rent a car for a loaner vehicle that was paid for by Crown Buick/GMC. They received a very nice Tahoe to drive for a couple days, and loved it, so much so that we may even purchase a new Yukon because we liked driving the loaner/rental vehicle so much! This is the reason we purchased our Enclave is because of a complimentary loaner when work is being done, which is paramount to our family. It's also great marketing plan to offer new loaner/rental vehicles, because consumers can be impressed and possibly upgrade their current vehicle. Hats off to Crown Buick-GMC. Keep up the good work. More
