He goes the extra mile, above and beyond when it comes to keeping me informed on issues with our vehicle. He is very responsive in returning emails and voicemails and keeping you current when your vehicle is in for service. He makes sure the dealer provided transportation to and from work is available in a reasonable time frame so my time away from work is minimal at best. Excellent service assistance I went to Crown Buick for service on my 2014 LaCrosse, nothing major, an oil change, alignment and reprogram of software pursuant to a service recall. While there, Greg discussed my car and identified intermittent problems that I had had with the backup camera and Bluetooth connection.
