He came back a sort time later to tell me that I didn't need a service that I thought we needed. He did catch a problem that I know would have gotten worse. I'm glad he caught it because we were going on a trip in a couple of weeks. Bill got me a ride home and said he will have it brought to the house when it is done. Super easy experience.
