Great people at this dealership. I was not going to this dealership to buy a vehicle. I was picking up a friend who dropped off her car to be serviced and I looked around at the vehi I was not going to this dealership to buy a vehicle. I was picking up a friend who dropped off her car to be serviced and I looked around at the vehicles on the lot. Who knew I was actually going to buy one!!!! My salesman, Tony Clousen, was extremely knowledgeable explaining all the electronics in my Buick Encore. These electronics are all new to me, so I really appreciated his time!!!! He was ready to leave for vacation, but he waited for me to arrive to take ownership of my new luxury vehicle. He stayed with me and went over everything in my vehicle until I fully understood all of it. I had another question for him after I left, called him on his cell phone while he was en-route to his vacation destination, and he called me right back. Amazing! I also had a problem using Bluetooth, drove into the service department where Chris helped me figure it out. John Peeples in finance was also very helpful in getting all the paperwork done and Bob Patterson, Sales Manager, was very helpful in getting to the price I was comfortable paying. LOVE MY NEW CAR!!!!!! I will definitely tell all my friends about such a friendly, no pressure dealership!!!! Thank you all!!!! More
