Sierra Service Crown GMC service is top notch. My service adviser, Bill took care of me from start to finish. He made sure I had a loaner vehicle that would accommod Crown GMC service is top notch. My service adviser, Bill took care of me from start to finish. He made sure I had a loaner vehicle that would accommodate my needs for my work while my truck was in for service. GMC pre certified maintenance Schedule service for 4:00p appt. Got there a bit early. Was greeted right away. Brought in on a busy day. Nervous because it was busy, but they did an Schedule service for 4:00p appt. Got there a bit early. Was greeted right away. Brought in on a busy day. Nervous because it was busy, but they did an oil change, rotate tires and wash. In and out in just a little over an hour 15. Very pleased! Given information on everything and was kept informed. More

Great Service Experience Nobody wants to take their vehicle in for service. Whether at a dealer or independent shop, it can be a timely and frustrating experience. Not so at C Nobody wants to take their vehicle in for service. Whether at a dealer or independent shop, it can be a timely and frustrating experience. Not so at Crown! I was having an issue with the AC in my '14 Yukon. I was in a pinch for time and Crown was able to work me in the same day when the other GMC dealers in the area were scheduling a week out. I had not been to Crown previously as I live in Tampa. Upon arrival, I was greeted by Chris Sullo. From start to finish, Chris communicated very well with me and treated me fairly. It was, for the first time, as pleasant an experience as a trip to the shop can be! Even though I will pass 2 other GMC dealers on my way, I will return to Crown/Chris for my future service needs. More

Recent service Called Crown for service they got me an appointment in only two days. When I came in they hooked me up with Dave Biagi one of their service consultant Called Crown for service they got me an appointment in only two days. When I came in they hooked me up with Dave Biagi one of their service consultants. Dave was excellent in understanding my concerns with the vehicle. They ordered me a part and installed it the following day in a very timely fashion. Crown is very good to me and they are all friendly and easy to talk to.
