Very positive experience. We brought both our Pontic Vibes (both silver) in for service at the same time which made the conversation a bit complicated. However, Bill was great. We waited in the lounge eating popcorn and warm cookies as the cars were evaluated. Bill returned periodically to keep us informed. When it was determined the work wouldn't be completed that day he had us on our way home with Crown's courtesy car in no time. Great service experience from an all-around friendly staff. Dave Biagi was STELLAR!! I called Crown GMC to have my car repaired, it is under warranty. I've had my car for 5 months, this was the first time I was needing a repair and hop I called Crown GMC to have my car repaired, it is under warranty. I've had my car for 5 months, this was the first time I was needing a repair and hoping the warranty would cover it. When I spoke with Dave on the phone, he was delightful and made me feel as though I mattered. He was funny and seemed to take a genuine interest in what was needed. That is HUGELY refreshing in this time of impersonal and automated service. I brought the car in, he had a vehicle waiting for me to use as I would be without transportation for the duration of the repair. He worked with the warranty company on my behalf giving his best effort to get what I needed covered. However, it was not covered. I was going to need a new convertible top ringing in at a cool $2000. He had a plan B that was 10x's less expensive. They would have to reseal and reattach the back window glass to the convertible top. When that repair wasn't 100% successful, I brought the car back, there was no hassle, only an apology and determination to get it right. Again, he had a car waiting for me to use. He called me the following morning to let me know my car was finished that they found the spot that hadn't taken and resealed the whole window. I couldn't be happier with the service, with the personal attention that was given to me and my car. THANK YOU Dave!!!!! I would HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend purchasing a car from any of the Crown dealerships--but I would HIGHLY recommend going where Dave Biagi is--you'll KNOW you have someone in your corner with your interest and need as his priority. More
