Great Service Experience I was having an issue with noisy brakes on my 2005 Chevy Colorado so I brought my truck to Crown to get service. The service advisor, Bill Hevel, was I was having an issue with noisy brakes on my 2005 Chevy Colorado so I brought my truck to Crown to get service. The service advisor, Bill Hevel, was very personable and extremely knowledgeable which put me at ease right away. All was completed, coupons accepted and he even paired my new phone to my Bluetooth. Even called today about my spare key not working, he instructed me on how to 're- program my key. Vacation Oil Change While on vacation we needed our oil changed. Crown Buick was very helpful and did a great job.
