I highly recommend this dealership because they made what can be an excruciating process with other dealers fun and easy. they kept us smiling through the tons of paperwork the gov't now requires. thank you all! Greg Berry (Service Advisor) and the mechanics worked as a team and were very friendly in doing so. I trust them with my truck. Truck is like new again. They saved me a bundle! Our 2009 Chevy Traverse decided to have transmission issues 2 months out of the 5 year warranty (but way under the 100,000 miles). Our transmission gu Our 2009 Chevy Traverse decided to have transmission issues 2 months out of the 5 year warranty (but way under the 100,000 miles). Our transmission guy said he couldn't fix it and we would unfortunately have to take it to a dealer. So called where we purchased the vehicle and he quoted $4500 and didn't even bat an eye. Called Chevy locally and he said, sorry, you're out of warranty and quoted somewhere in the neighborhood of the 1st guy. My husband finally got a hold of Greg Berry in the Service Department at Crown GMC. He quoted a few hundred under the first guy, but was the ONLY one who said he would call GM on our behalf and see what could be done. He also stated that GM has programs to help customers with these sorts of issues. Long story shorter, Greg got us a free loaner while the vehicle was being serviced (had major transmission work) and we only ended up paying $900 for the repair!! So kudos to GM for standing behind their product, but major kudos to Greg for even suggesting to contact them. I can't promise GM will stand behind every vehicle, but they did ours and we are super happy to have encountered Greg. He was polite, answered each of my questions (sometimes several times over) and was easy to deal with. We estimated we saved around $3000 because of his help. Would definitely deal with Crown GMC and Greg again. More

Great Experience I dropped my Pontiac G8 GT off on Friday to get 4 new tires, new brakes, and some fluids changed out. They said it would hopefully be done by the end I dropped my Pontiac G8 GT off on Friday to get 4 new tires, new brakes, and some fluids changed out. They said it would hopefully be done by the end of the day but they couldn't get the parts. Normally this would bother me, but since they gave me a brand new Buick Verano Turbo to drive around in free, it didn't bother me one bit. When I picked my car up, it was clean and detailed and looked great! No complaints, great service. Mike Gregory was very friendly and knowledgeable. I would definitely return. -NG More

Drive the extra hour,avoid Tampa dealership. Submitted my lease request online, put in touch with Jeff Harrington, all initial prep work, done via e-mail ( no one else seemed to want to do this) Submitted my lease request online, put in touch with Jeff Harrington, all initial prep work, done via e-mail ( no one else seemed to want to do this) , price for lease given, told everything was ready . All was done promptly, and with no pressure.I then drove over, car was prepped, price was as promised . Business manger-Dean Lillquist also got me from the B tier , to A tier with ALLY (lowering money factor). All paper work was done promptly without trying to sell me dozens of add ons, unlike with the previous lease with the Tampa dealership where I was held captive for 7 hours. Out the door in about 75 minutes. Best car buying/leasing experience I have ever had of the 7 cars I have bought or leased at different dealers throughout the county. Greg More

The Acadia had everything I was looking for except a towing package. Doug had the vehicle ready to go, including a tow hitch professionally installed when I arrived in St. Pete to pick it up. The deal I was given was well below the target price provided by Navy Federal Credit Union's auto buyer's program. A perfect experience from start to finish. More

I just had my Saturn Vue in for some maintenance, oil change, a/c malfunction and tire pressure. Michael took care of everything and when I picked up my car it had been washed and very clean in the interior. I respect the level of professionalism and attention to detail when Michael guides me through the process. I wouldn't trade him for anything! Michael Gregory is my top choice in the service department. I would rate this service experience as A++++++. I always let my friends know about the Crown Sales and Service Departments as being the top in the Bay Area. Good Job! More
