I recently purchased a Yukon @ Crown Buick GMC in St. Petersburg. I have to say that this was by far the BEST experience I had when purchasing a car. Jim Brown and Brian Gert were very nice, professional, and courteous. They made the process very quick and painless, they never crowded me and made me feel overwhelmed. When I came in I knew what I wanted I had the opportunity to test drive my truck. I went home and made the decision, I came back and these two AWESOME gentlemen made sure that I was able to get processed smoothly through the financing Mark made sure everything got processed efficiently.... SERVICE DEPT WAS AWESOME: I took my truck in to be looked at because the carpet was wet, and Greg Bailey and The CREW there were great, they put me in a rental made sure that there were no leaks in my car, they saw a problem with my dash, they took care of it and replaced my dash without me even asking... She has a great personality, wonderful sales skills and above all, very professional in her business dealings with us. She prides herself on great customer service from the sale right through to service. She introduced us to the sales staff and the service department. Also all the staff there were pleasant to deal with and wonderful to talk to. We felt that this was the best sales experience we had with a dealership with any car purchase. We left a great dealer behind when we moved to Florida from Georgia in May. Tammy and Crown Buick have raised the bar on sales expectations! Finally, not a typical xxxxx sales guy! My boyfriend and I went in looking for a used full size pick up truck today. Our budget wasn't high, so we already knew not to expect a super nice ve My boyfriend and I went in looking for a used full size pick up truck today. Our budget wasn't high, so we already knew not to expect a super nice vehicle, nor really anyone that would work with us unless we found exactly what we wanted. Up walks Jim Brown. I tell Jim what I'm looking for and expect to see that look on his face that says "Ugh, this one is going to be a waste of time." Instead, he immediately knew of one vehicle that fit my criteria, so he went to go grab the key. It was sold. We did a walk around on the lot of recently traded and found two more, but we didn't love them. Kept walking, found one we loved, but it wasn't priced yet; Jim noted it. Kept walking a little more and found one under budget with super low miles. After pondering for a while, we decided to keep looking. Meanwhile, Jim had priced out the one we loved and unfortunately, it came in way over budget. When he saw that, he had searched his database and found another option at the dealership next door. We drove over, but it had just sold. I decided to increase our budget just a hair, so we went back to Jim's desk and he pulled another search. We found the truck we ended up buying and it was exactly the budget we were looking for! It is in great condition with super low miles and Jim was so awesome to work with. This wasn't a big sale by any means, but he still treated us with kindness and respect and was never pushy. I appreciate that very much in a sales person.
