I called them and spent a lot of time on the phone with Tammy Wagner. After a number of calls back and forth I decided it was worth taking the drive. When I arrived Tammy was waiting for me with a welcoming smile and with the car awaiting my test drive. She was truly great. SHe understood that I had made a long trip just to get to their dealership and promised to do all she could to make the deal for me. She was mist successful. Crown Buick GMC gave me one of the easiest and most comfortable buying experiences I have ever had. Tammy is a delight and a lovely person. We laughed and just had a relaxing time while taking care of all that had to be dealt with. Even though it is indeed 4 1/2 hours away from where I love, I would again happily deal with Crown Buick GMC and especially Tammy Wagner. It was truly...WORTH THE TRIP!!! More

My New 2015 GMC Yukon Denali After patiently waiting delivery of my new car, it came in with the rear tailgate malfunctioning. The GMC technicians in Detroit thought it was a prog After patiently waiting delivery of my new car, it came in with the rear tailgate malfunctioning. The GMC technicians in Detroit thought it was a programming error and were never able to be of any help. The service technicians at Crown disassembled the tailgate and struts and found a broken part. To avoid delaying service associated with ordering a new part, they took one from another new vehicle and got me back in my car. That was way above and beyond what I could have ever expected. Kudos to the Crown Service Department and my Service Representative James Kober who kept me advised and bent over backwards to solve my problem and make my experience a great one. I have gotten my previous cars serviced at Crown and have always been thrilled.Thanks Crown and James Kober!!!! More
