This was my first experience, actually scheduling and working with John Grundon (even though I have been a loyal Crown GMC Customer since purchasing my 2016 Canyon at the end of 2015). After speaking on the phone about me bringing it in, I dropped it off as scheduled, to address a few items. John touched base with me shortly after the inspection, reviewed all the items on my list and made sure to cover any safety items and maintenance that may need to be addressed at that time. I was given an approximate time of completion but John said he would give me a call upon completion so I could go about my work day.
