Lexi S. is the best I have ever worked with. After discovering trouble with our vehicle on our drive to Florida because of bad work done by another dealership, we were looking for a place that was tru discovering trouble with our vehicle on our drive to Florida because of bad work done by another dealership, we were looking for a place that was trustworthy. We were a little scared because of the bad work/service we had received at the dealership in Indiana. She listened to us and the issues we had with the vehicle. She went above and beyond to make sure that the issues were fixed. She was with the technician to witness the problem herself and not just getting the info from the technician. She explained everything to me and had my best interest at heart. She and Crown Buick GMC service technicians are the best in my opinion. We are visitors to Florida twice a year and I will bring my vehicle to them for regular maintenance and service every time we are here. Thank you Lexi S. and Crown Buick GMC.
