This was my 1st experience purchasing a new vehicle. (My wife has purchased all of our family cars for 25 years)! Spencer was quick to respond to my initial online inquiries and available to answer all of m wife has purchased all of our family cars for 25 years)! Spencer was quick to respond to my initial online inquiries and available to answer all of my questions. We set up a time to test drive a similar vehicle (mine had not been delivered yet) and we moved forward with the purchase. He kept me informed of the delivery status and made me aware when the car was ready for pick up. The transaction was quick and easy and everything was explained to me with care. The trade in value for my car was more than fair. The GM had made 2 finance errors (both in my favor) and was quick to explain and fix them without me ever knowing there was a discrepancy. The entire staff was friendly and helpful and I would definitely recommend them for all you new and used car needs. More
