I would like to thank John Grundon for ALWAYS providing Excellent Customer Service. I previously took my car to get an oil change and upon the routine inspection there were other major issues that were fou Excellent Customer Service. I previously took my car to get an oil change and upon the routine inspection there were other major issues that were found. John took his time and explained to me all that was going on and how we would address the issues. He worked hard and diligently to make sure that everything was fixed properly and he also accommodated me by providing me with a loaner vehicle while my car was getting serviced so that I could still perform my daily duties. John also gave his condolences to me because my Dad passed away during the time that my car was being serviced. Thank You John Grundon for ALWAYS providing Excellent Customer Service!!! More
