My service advisor John Grundon could not do one more thing to make my service experience with this dealership any more satisfying. My business truck's a/c failed on a holiday! John had it diagnosed firs thing to make my service experience with this dealership any more satisfying. My business truck's a/c failed on a holiday! John had it diagnosed first thing the next day, located the part from another dealer and had the vehicle repaired by the end of the day. He kept me informed at each step and I was also able to meet the technician who completed the repair. As a former GM luxury brand service advisor and service manager, I am impressed with both him and his technician's customer service skills and professionalism. I can go to any GM dealership in Pinellas county for service, but picked Crown because of this level of service. I bought a Buick for my wife so that she too can rely on this dealership for service. My congratulations to Bill and his entire service team for operating such a professional operation, it is no easy task in todays challenging business world. More

I took my 2018 Encore for what what I thought was a starter problem and John Grundon, service advisor quickly discovered the problem and solved it, getting me back on the road the next day.
