Excellent buying experience, no hassles and no high pressure sales tactics. Dorthera was excellent sales person! I highly recommend this dealership. I was here on vacation and only was looking but the pressure sales tactics. Dorthera was excellent sales person! I highly recommend this dealership. I was here on vacation and only was looking but the new car smell and the deal was too good to pass up! One note of caution to add to presentation of demonstrating the new multipurpose tailgate, is too state dropping it all the way don't work with a trailer hitch in. I have a super small dent now! More

Anthony Constantinople at Crown GMC was terrific to work with start to finish. Given inventory problems this year, Crown did not have the specific trim level I was looking for on the lot. Anthony sat with me for an hour until we found the perfect truck scheduled for a future delivery. From deposit to delivery, Anthony maintained clear lines of communication and was proactive in providing updates on the status of the car. On delivery day, Anthony rushed to get my vehicle ready and handed it over to me earlier than expected. Great guy, easy to talk to and not pushy. Strongly suggest you ask for him by name. More
