cPurchased a new Acadia DENALI a year ago. Nothing but problems, starting at 900 miles. Radio replaced. Shortly after other electrical issues occurred..no bak up camera etc. They determined the "electri problems, starting at 900 miles. Radio replaced. Shortly after other electrical issues occurred..no bak up camera etc. They determined the "electrical wiring harness"was at fault. After weeks of my car at the dealership they learned there was no replacement and "gerry rigged" one. It is important to note that the interior of my car was totally taken apart and put back together for this to occur. This fix worked sporadically. In the summer they said they could locate the part now. My car was again at the dealership for WEEKS...the part they were sent was incorrect and a prolonged back and forth between the dealership and GMC ensued. Weeks later they got the part in, (my car remained at the dealership for over a month), however this necessitated totally taking apart my vehicle AGAIN. Since that time we have had numerous items in the vehicle that rattle or actually fall down in the interior of the car. The passenger rear fender was also put back on askew.While they were repairing that the tailgate somehow got "creased" and had to be banged out and totally repainted. This has been a FIASCO. We were repeatedly told by staff that "this isn't right", "this shouldn't happen" and "we need to get you out of that car". So finally we'd had it . We'd been denied use of ur NEW DENALI vehicle for months out of its first year, the car hd been taken apart twice, gerry rigged, and actually damaged and repainted.We decided we wanted out of this lemon. At first we were met with smiles and agreement, "we need to get you out of this car"! But then they treated us as if we'd just decided to trade in a car after a year of use bc we wanted the new year model. NO CONSIDERATION for the denial of the use of use car, the prolonged use of loaners (when available, which was not always), which were nothing like the car new purchased, the disruption, the problems from dismantling our car twice for the electrical harness, nor the damage they caused to the tailgate. NOTHING. They just punched numbers into a formula and that was the bottom line. NO ackwkowlegement of the disaster this car purchase has been. We are DISGUSTED. We had become the neighborhood joke.... "where's your car ", "what are you driving this week?", "still don't have your car back?". If this is considered an acceptable experience (treated as if our vehicle had been and "average, normal" vehicle) then why would anyone purchase from here .? Expect that if you have a problem they will not compensate you or take responsibility for any inconvenience, damage or lack of use of your vehicle More

Being new to Florida, I had no idea what to expect walking into your dealership. Tony was extremely helpful and walked us through the entire process while looking at the GMC Sierra truck we were inte walking into your dealership. Pretty sad when a foreign car dealership finds a GMC tradein is worth nearly 25% more money than this GM dealership that sells the same cars, that's very sad. Bluntly, if it was not for Leon Fisher as my salesman, I would had moved on to a different dealership. Leon truly worked with us to get us exactly what we wanted in our new car. We are from Minnesota and were on vacation in St. Petersburg with our new 2020 Buick Envision. One morning, while leaving our condo, the car started making a horrible noise and would not stay runnin Petersburg with our new 2020 Buick Envision. One morning, while leaving our condo, the car started making a horrible noise and would not stay running. After speaking with OnStar we limped the car to Crown Buick GMC and spoke with Dave Biagi. He carefully listened to our problem, test drove the car and determined the trouble was a major issue and the car would have to be left for repairs. Dave set us up with a "Crown Courtesy Car" and stressed not worry about the car, just enjoy our vacation and he would take care of everything. It was later determined the engine had failed and needed a complete new engine. Dave took care of all the details needed for the repair and kept us informed on the status of our car throughout the process. After the work was completed Dave gave us a call and we were back on the road again. I cannot say enough good about Dave Biagi and Crown Buick GMC. Without Dave our vacation could have been in ruins but because of him we enjoyed our visit to the "Sunshine State" Thank you so much! More
