He help us with our problems about our 2017 La Cross that was totaled in our condo garage by a truck. He sent me information I needed to help settled my claim with my insurance company. In less than one day we purchased a New 2020 Encore GX and are completely pleased with our automobile. I have been a customer of Crown Buick when I first moved to Florida 16 years ago and have purchased 3 cars in the past and had them all serviced at Crown Buick.. The Encore will be number 4 car.
