My husband and i went by this dealership 2 weeks ago when they had a Ford Explorer displayed. Stefan Dumas was the one who met us. We did not want the Explorer cause it had too many miles. He took our info and continued to keep in touch with us by sending us pictures of vehicles which he believes might interest us. Today, January 23rd, we had an appointment with Stefan. He showed us 2 nice 2021 GMC Arcadia. He even let us test drive one of them. We liked the vehicle but couldn’t agree on the price. Stefan though did his best to help us with the pricing. Bottom line is. Stefan did his best to help us find or buy a car.although we did not buy this time, Stefan was still very nice and friendly to us. Until now, he continues to communicate with us, Who ‘knows we might just go ack and buy one just because of how Stefan treated. He is such a good, nice and honest sales representative. It was our first visit to this dealership, since we are in town from Michigan. We have a brand new Buick that was making noise while braking. They did not find anything structurally wrong, but found a service bulletin indicating that some vehicles need the rear brake pads replaced to resolve the issue we were experiencing. They replaced the pads and the problems ended. I want to thank Bill Hevel and the entire dealership for their courtesy and professionalism. Everything went quickly. Everyone was very friendly and helpful and eased our concerns about our vehicle. More
