Great Experience Crown FIAT was a great dealer to work with on buying the brand new 2016 500X. I was greeted quickly by Avery McConnell who listened to everything tha Crown FIAT was a great dealer to work with on buying the brand new 2016 500X. I was greeted quickly by Avery McConnell who listened to everything that I was looking for and helped me compare and contrast the different packages and trim levels. I had done a lot of research about the 500X, but Avery was able to add some insight. Not only did Avery listen to everything I was looking for, he even put up with all my questions and took me on 2 test drives. You can tell he cares about his customers and works hard to make sure he closes the deal. Plus, I have to joke with him about this, the bonus bottle of water he bought me when putting gas in my new 500X was awesome... it really was. It was 90+ degrees and I was dying of thirst! When closing the deal, I also worked with Steve Looney. Steve worked to find discounts for me and we were able to agree on a number without a headache. He then went the extra mile and worked with me and my insurance on figuring out all the information for my new vehicle. It is so new, the insurance didn't even have the model in their system yet. All that was taken care of. Steve also worked meticulously on putting the front license plate holder on my car. I would have freaked out if it wasn't straight, and he was incredibly careful about it! Great work! He is also taking care of getting my new car detailed since the detail guy was off the day I bought. Finally, the part that no one likes... all the finance stuff! Things couldn't have gone any better though and I attribute it all to Ms. McConnell in the finance office! She made things quick, painless, and made the experience wonderful! All three people I worked with wee great and are real assets to the Crown company. More
