Fast and exactly what i asked for This makes the 3 automobile from Crown. As you can see the quality of service from Lew as sales and Terry in Financing must be above excellent I keep This makes the 3 automobile from Crown. As you can see the quality of service from Lew as sales and Terry in Financing must be above excellent I keep coming back. They had to search for a particular truck for me and it needed to be done fast due to my time and schedule. Lew was able to search and find and get transferred all within a day or two. To me that is above and beyond quality. Would I recommend them as dealers YES. Will I shop with them again YES and more than likely soon. More

Jeep Renegade Dent I have a brand new Jeep Renegade Trailhawk that I am obsessed with! Well within the 1st two weeks of owning it a fellow Jeep owner decided to swing a I have a brand new Jeep Renegade Trailhawk that I am obsessed with! Well within the 1st two weeks of owning it a fellow Jeep owner decided to swing a wooden door they were loading into the side of my Jeep and leaving a dent. Needless to say I was devastated. I called Tyler Ramsey at Crown Chrysler and he got me in and out within 1.5 hours with the dent completely gone. He also told me exactly how they would fix the dent prior to them touching my car and what the cost would be. I was very appreciative and do not trust anyone else with my vehicle repairs. More

They gave us the absolute highest trade in price for the truck and then went $500 more to knock our payments down to our desired amount. They filled up the gas tank to full, gave us a coupon for a free oil change as well as a free car wash. We walked out of the door extremely pleased with the way they had treated us. Great Service After parking my car in the entrance of the service bay at the time for my appointment, I went into the waiting area & waited for about 10 minutes be After parking my car in the entrance of the service bay at the time for my appointment, I went into the waiting area & waited for about 10 minutes before anyone approached me to inquire if I had been helped, I gave my name and was informed that someone would be available. The "greeter' returned & indicated that Brittany would be taking my information. Another 5 minutes went by & Brittany introduced herself and we went to the service desk. Described my problem, surrendered my keys, & was escorted to the waiting room with the promise that she would be getting back with me regarding the status of my repair. She never came back & I waited until my repair was completed & was escorted to my car by Mark who answered my questions. More

Quick and Seamless Handling of a Recall Repair Being new to the area, I contacted this dealership to have a recall addressed on my 2009 Dodge Ram 3500. As the recall stated, parts for this repair Being new to the area, I contacted this dealership to have a recall addressed on my 2009 Dodge Ram 3500. As the recall stated, parts for this repair were going to be delayed so I wasn't expecting to have this handled for a couple weeks by the local dealer. I went ahead and called the dealer and was directed to the Service dept, I was greeted on the phone by Brittany who was able to quickly provided me with details on this repair and the status of parts. A short bit later, she confirmed the part was available and she could get this handle as soon as I could drop off the vehicle. That evening I dropped off the vehicle and didn't expect to hear any update till afternoon of the following day based on my prior interactions with other dealerships of various makes. By 10AM of the following morning, she called and informed me the truck was ready for pickup at my convenience. Overall, I am pleased with the communication and results that were provided to me to rectify this safety issue and won't hesitate to return to this dealership for "as needed" repairs. More
