Fantastic salesman It was such a pleasure doing business with Dan Flaherty at Crown. I have recently relocated and was in the process of moving. This did not faze Dan h It was such a pleasure doing business with Dan Flaherty at Crown. I have recently relocated and was in the process of moving. This did not faze Dan he was patient and did not hassle me with unwanted phone calls. Rather, he took the time to find out what my needs were and accepted that I was unable to schedule an immediate time. Dan gave a few days before emailing me again to see about scheduling a time to talk. I decided to go to the dealership to see if I could get a different car. I had let him know the vehicle I was hoping for was way outside of my budget and I would have to wait for a while. Due to his patience and fantastic Customer service I scheduled an appointment (I thought to just talk about what he could help me find). He let me take the Renegade for a test drive (unlike the other place who acted like I was a piece of gum stuck to the bottom of their foot). Of course I fell in love with the car. Dan was able to stay within $1.00 of my budget and that was with going back to the finance department. (Ashli McConnell made this part as painless and informative as possible). I cannot say enough about the great customer service that I received from Dan. He stayed late to show me all the features to customize them to my needs and to set up my phone. He really worked hard for me, he was able to make me feel I was heard. It was one of the best experiences I have had in buying a vehicle. I highly recommend Dan Flaherty, Crown and Ashli as a team for purchasing a vehicle. I live about an hour away and will take my business there the next time I need fantastic 10 star service. More

Purchase of New 2015 Chrysler Town and Country Was able to preset appointment by telephone. Upon arrival was welcomed by an unnamed courteous employee at main entrance of dealership location (Crown Was able to preset appointment by telephone. Upon arrival was welcomed by an unnamed courteous employee at main entrance of dealership location (Crown Jeep/Chrysler), who immediately notified Danny Flaherty, Sales Rep and Rishi Kumar, New Employee Trainee of my and my wife's arrival. We exchanged brief introductions and were asked if it was OK to have an employee trainee involved, which was not a problem with us, and actually a plus that the dealership had a new employee training program in place. Both employees were immediately congenial, professional and personable and set a comfort zone level with both myself and wife. I informed them that I already had discussions with two other dealerships...and was leaning towards a purchase of a Chrysler Town and Country vehicle and I had complete flexability as to method of payment, either 2 or 3 year lease/buyout (due to my age) or cash payment. I, also, understood that the industry had gone to somewhat of a more defined added accessory marketing program and some items might not be of total value to me, my needs being definitely a built in Navigation system, second seat row Video entertainment system, and third row bottom seat storage for room to put suitcases, etc in vehicle for long distance casual traveling. Danny and Rishi responded quite professionally, with definite knowledge, to all my inquiries, plus explained all the discounts that would pertain to my individual status. With all said and done, my wife and I were able to go to lunch, discuss the quotes (Cash or 2 year Lease w/ buyout) and make a decision based on product and the professional, informative, casual and courteous manner in which Dan and Rishi conducted themselves. Tried to pull one on me When looking for a used car, I had very simple criteria...under $10K, a manual transmission and at or under 100,000 miles. I was drawn to an Acura RSX When looking for a used car, I had very simple criteria...under $10K, a manual transmission and at or under 100,000 miles. I was drawn to an Acura RSX offered at Crown Chrysler of Dublin. The salesman, Chris, was less than impressive. His negotiating skills were terrible stooping to belittling me. The sticking point was that the check engine light was on. I said to fix it, they put up a fight about it. Finally they agreed. Two days later I picked up the car. After noticing the glove box was broken, Chris stated that I "already cost them $500 to fix the check engine light, we won't fix that." I drove off and 2 miles down the road the check engine light came on and the engine acted strange. Obviously , Crown did nothing but turn off the light and lied to me that they fixed it. To their credit, when I made them aware they made everything right. They took my car in, gave me a loaner and fixed it. I just wish they would have fixed it in the first place because now I don't trust them as far as I can throw them. More

Oustanding Service My service manager, Dustin Litteral, went the extra mile to make sure my issues were resolved in a timely manner. Having the loaner waiting for me at My service manager, Dustin Litteral, went the extra mile to make sure my issues were resolved in a timely manner. He also pointed out that I was eligible for a refund from Chrysler for some previous work I had paid for that later became a recall issue. Fast, Minimal Hassle I brought my car to Crown when the check engine light came on. I packed plenty to keep the kids occupied, ready to hunker down in the waiting room fo I brought my car to Crown when the check engine light came on. I packed plenty to keep the kids occupied, ready to hunker down in the waiting room for a couple of hours. Less than 10 minutes later, I was told that my car was not safe to drive, couldn't be fixed that day and a loaner car was brought to the garage for me to use in the mean time. This was, by far, the best experience I've ever had at any car dealership. A stressful situation with 2 small kids was made quick and easy. Ty Ramsey really took care of us. More

Very courteous and friendly experience. I took my Dart in when a check engine light came on. They took me right in and Brittaney kept me informed of the progress all the way.
