Recall repair ,I was totally impressed with the service offered by Dustin Litteral. I explained my previous experience with another Central Ohio Chrysler dealer an ,I was totally impressed with the service offered by Dustin Litteral. I explained my previous experience with another Central Ohio Chrysler dealer and how awful it was. Crown and Dustin put them to shame. After making my appointment, Dustin followed up with a phone call to make sure they had the proper parts to cover my vehicle and the recall. He called the night before my appointment to verify they still had the parts, which they did. Upon my arrival, what I was told by the other dealership would take up to 5 hours to complete, took 1 1/2 hours by the Crown service team. I was amazed and thrilled. I and out in the time promised. What a great organization and team Crown Chrysler has assembled. Very courteous and polite. More

Our original salesperson had an appointment that ran long so she asked another salesperson to assist us. His name was Scott Lee and he took good care of us. He was very knowledgeable not only of the vehicle we were interested in, but also in the many discounts/rebates that were available to us, and of the sales process. My other lease will be up soon and it is very likely I will return there. More
