Great Dealership! I decided to consider Crown in my buying process after seeing the many positive comments from other reviewers. I submitted my contact information thr I decided to consider Crown in my buying process after seeing the many positive comments from other reviewers. I submitted my contact information through a request form including details on the type of vehicle I was interested in. Through the whole process I was happy with how I was treated, the professional, knowledgeable and helpful staff. Once visiting the dealer for the first time I was given opportunity to test drive a number of different vehicles including one which was on the show room floor at the time. I did decide to order a vehicle through crown since I wanted something rather rare and not available as part of rotating inventory. Throughout this process my Sales contact, Danny Flaherty, often kept me informed of the order status, was always available to answer questions or got back to me within the same day. All around he was great to work with and helped to make the buying process from start to finish pleasant and not stressful whatsoever. I also had the vehicle in for Diamond Coat paint application and the service staff I dealt with were great. I would recommend Crown Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram to anyone interested in a Chrysler vehicle. Excellent Experience We found the car we wanted at the price we required through Autotrader.com, the car was located at Crown in Dublin Ohio. We were pre approved online so we just had to go test drive and sign the paperwork. I met Doug Carmean at the dealer the next day in 90 degree heat and high humidity with my 4 kids and 70 year old mother. Doug didn't miss a beat, he made sure everybody was cool and comfortable for the entire process. He made sure I was properly familiarized with the vehicle in all types of driving situations. He also walked me through the paperwork as well and answered any questions I had. Overall an excellent experience at Crown in Dublin. More

Very smooth and professional I came in during the lunch hour and asked to look at a used Fiat. I was shown a super clean convertible 500c with very low miles.
