While at othe dealerships i felt a lot of pressure to buy a car Doug worked with me to find the perfect car for me and there was never any pressure to buy now etc. While looking at cars i had an emergency and had to leave Doug gave me his personal cell phone number and came in on his day off to help me. Warranty work on my 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee Brought my Jeep in for an issue with daytime running lights.
