He took me for a test drive and made sure the vehicle I had found was exactly what I was looking for. When we got to the numbers, Doug was able to help me get the financing and trade-in value that I needed to feel I was making the best decision for me, not the dealership. Great service. Great warranty work I brought my car in because some warning lights were on. Mark Nelson was a very concerned, helpful, and personable service manager. Since they had to keep the car overnight, I was given a shuttle ride back to my home and another ride to pick the car up the following afternoon. My warranty covered the cost of service. I was extremely surprised to have the vehicle back the same day, and to top it off, our bill was only $42 for the cost of the light bulb.
