My husband had one specific color and several options he wanted. The dealership did not have this vehicle, so Joe offered to find us one. He spent half a day working the phones trying to find us this car. I had mentioned to him that we would like to pick up the car that day if possible since my husband would not be available to pick up the car the next day. I received a phone call from Joe after lunch that he found us our car and had already sent the driver to go get it for us, even though it was over 2 hours away. Joe stayed 2 hours past closing time to make sure we took possession of our vehicle that day. We visited every Jeep dealership in the metro area, and Joe by far was the most accommodating in getting us what we wanted. Most other dealers had the attitude of "sorry, we don't have it on the lot but I'd be happy to sell you what we have". Not Joe, he never once took that attitude with us. Neil the manager was also super responsive when I called him with a question about our trade. Within 15 minutes he answered our question and the deal was done. Love the ride. Danny was extremely helpful identifying the best financing options. To close the deal, Danny even offered to drive me back to my rental shop to drop off my rental, and even helped me move my old couch to the curb! Jason Stull was a very knowledgeable sales manager and he was very patient and helped me in anyway so I could get the best vehicle I could afford. I knew I wanted a Wrangler and the lot had over 20 to chose from! The process was quick and after a few calls to the bank I got to drive away with my new vehicle. Jason showed me where all the buttons were inside the jeep, and how to take the top off. The dealership also gave my jeep a quick clean up and a full tank of gas. I also get a free oil change. I was very impressed by how nice the gentleman were, and I would definitely buy another vehicle from them. My first brand new vehicle experience was a success! More
