I recently got an oil change and Alex Greenland was very polite and advised he would try his best to get me in and out. Not even an hour later I was leaving the dealership with my truck washed and had the rest of the day to enjoy my day off. I felt that Dan was too high pressure in his sales tactics and if it weren't for Scott Worman being my salesperson and the car that we liked best bein I felt that Dan was too high pressure in his sales tactics and if it weren't for Scott Worman being my salesperson and the car that we liked best being at this dealership, I would have walked. But Scott was friendly and I have no complaints about him. Great Service, very friendly I came in Crown dealership just to look & test drive a couple of cars/SUVs. I was not planning on buying anything for about another 2 months. After test driving a Jeep I was unsure of if I even wanted it any longer. However right when I was about to just leave my fiance' suggested I test drive a Dodge Journey. Scott was nothing but patient & understanding. We brought home the Dodge Journey overnight (which was a great idea suggested). After driving it around that night I did not really want to take it back to the dealer. I am now the owner on the Journey. I just want to add this. I dont like getting pushed into buying anything it is a huge " No" for me when I feel pressured. Scott made me feel like I was talking to my grandfather. He did not pressure my fiance' nor I, He pointed out the great all of the features & took his time. I do plan on my buying my future SUV at Crown.
