Everett McSavaney is beyond amazing! My Jeep was in the shop for repairs and I inadvertently left my sons luvie (he can't sleep without it and of course he takes it everywhere!) in the ca My Jeep was in the shop for repairs and I inadvertently left my sons luvie (he can't sleep without it and of course he takes it everywhere!) in the car. The service department was closed, however when I called I was told that someone from sales could help me get into my car. When I arrived, Everett McSavaney greeted me and offered to help. We walked back to the service area and of course my car was on a lift (10+ feet off of the ground). My heart sunk, there was no way we were getting in the car. As I was consoling my child, preparing him for the worst, Everett found a ladder, got up to my car and retrieved my son's luvie and some other much needed items that I forgot about (my car phone charger, garage door opener, etc.). Everett did not have to do that for me, he could have easily said, "sorry I can't help you" and he didn't. Crown is an awesome dealership with great people and AMAZING service!! More
