He has worked diligently both times to find the best possible deal for me, and he doesn't rest until I'm completely satisfied. For this most recent purchase, the finance manager I worked with was Ashli McConnell. She was extremely friendly and provided excellent customer service. She made sure I fully understood every part of the deal and what I was signing. She made the arduous process of buying a car easy and stress-free. Both Everett and Ashli were a pleasure to work with, and I look forward to working with both of them again in the future. I would be remiss if I didn't also mention the excellent customer service I've received in the past from Mark Nelson in the service department. He always remembers me and remembers the details of my vehicle, and he's friendly and efficient. Frank Eastman was great! Frank Eastman was first-rate all the way. He called me within 30 minutes of my on-line inquiry and I was out the door with a new Wrangler, with a tra Frank Eastman was first-rate all the way. Frank was very thorough in explaining the differences, and advantages and disadvantages of the various Wrangler models. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. The only negative aspect of the day was at the end when I met with financing and had to suffer the seemingly endless lecture on the various add-ons, none of which interested me. I listened to the whole thing and then was asked if I wanted any of them and I said "no," but the hard sell didn't stop. I wanted to hit a certain monthly payment amount, which I did with the vehicle an then I'm pressured to buy things I questionably need with a new vehicle at an additional cost of hundreds of dollars/month. "No" should mean "no" and it should not need to be said more than once. More
