attempted bait and switch with very poor service I purchased 2 Fiats from this dealership on the same day. They called me 2-3 days later stating that we could not keep this Fiat and had to change out I purchased 2 Fiats from this dealership on the same day. They called me 2-3 days later stating that we could not keep this Fiat and had to change out Fiats for a more expensive one or a Dodge Dart. After a very heated conversation with the sales manager I got to keep my Fiats, the ones I wanted. They also put a "diamond finish" on my car with out notifying me of this and found this out on the back-end 6 months later with an insurance debate. The service department is also horrible. They changed emblems and scratched my car by prying off with screwdriver, not the factory recommended plastic bones. They also changed my oil and did not reset the oil light. They also did an ECU update without notifying me causing me to lose $600 that they will not refund. All these are noob mistakes and noobs should not be working at a dealership. I go to a dealership for experience and quality. If you want a real dealership go to Harper in Knoxville. Don't fall for this joke, I did twice. More
