We exchanged a few messages and I drove up to the dealership . I went to the wrong division but even those salesmen were friendly and greeted me immediately to ask if I was looking for someone or needed assistance. I had previously car shopped for over 2 hours the night before and was not greeted at several places. So, I appreciated this gesture very much. Jarrod thoroughly went over the vehicle with me and made sure to go over any features with me after asking how I would be using the car i.e. did I need the bike rail attached on the top , etc. I made the purchase and he waited for me so he could sync my phone to the car and it was raining, so he showed me all the wiper and light function and lastly he gave me his card and let me know he would follow up with me next week to make sure everything was going smoothly He really understands the concept of "repeat business". Cars are not meant to last forever and I would do business with him again. Although I technically already own 3 cars, I would still buy another from Jarrod. Friendly and Fair I was looking for as much car as I could get for my granddaughter within the price parameters in which I was working. My new jeep rubicon I met Chris Norman at the dealership and his help in building my new jeep rubicon was outstanding! I want a very personalized jeep with some added acc I met Chris Norman at the dealership and his help in building my new jeep rubicon was outstanding! I want a very personalized jeep with some added accessories and he has gone over and beyond to get me what I want. The dealership had plenty of rubicons on the lot for me to look at and test drive to make my decision final. I can't say that for the other Jeep dealers in town, I visited 3 and Crown was the ONLY one with Rubicons on the lot. I am only unsatisfied with the parts crew...I gave them very detailed pictures and descriptions of what accessories I wanted priced out and they have been unresponsive so far as to getting back to me with my options/prices. I have already placed an order for my Jeep and hope to see those options soon. They are also running numbers for me on my best financing options and look forward to seeing if they can beat my personal business banking numbers that I have received already.
