We walked in to Crown initially just to look around and get ideas of what we wanted. We were not looking forward to going through the car-buying process, as it can be quite stressful. He really made us feel very comfortable and unlike alot of salesman, he was not pushy and we felt no pressure! He was very thorough and explained all of our options and really went above and beyond to get the exact car that I wanted, even though they didn't have it on the lot. I told him my budget and he stuck to it. He definitely treats customers the way he would want to be treated. It was quite refreshing to deal with Doug and Crown. We will definitely be back for our next car and we have already recommended them to our friends and family. Great experience! More

My Jeep was due for a lube and oil and other scheduled maintenance, but there was no way around bringing in my 18 month old to wait with me. I spoke to Mark and we decided the best way to go about this w maintenance, but there was no way around bringing in my 18 month old to wait with me. I spoke to Mark and we decided the best way to go about this was to give them an hour and a half (the time I thought we could go without a major melt down)- what they could get done- do, and I would do the rest next time. With a few minutes left, Mark came and told me I was ready to go and that they had completed it all! I left with everything that needed to be done on the car complete, without my little one having a melt down, and very happy! I would highly recommend Mark and the service center. More

Mark and the other service center staff were phenomenal. Mark was responsive and answered my questions well and honestly. When I was unable to pick my car up right away after the service, they did not charge me any extra parking fee. Mark tried his best to find a way to get me to my car between offering the shuttle service, and also offering to take payment over the phone, so I could pick my car up after hours. They even scraped the 6 inches of snow and ice off my car for me when I was finally able to pick my car up. I am actually not sure if the price was bad or good for the service. It cost more than $2,100 to replace the steering rack, steering reservoir and the alternator. This may be reasonable, but I was a bit shocked. I would definitely take my car here again as all the odd sounds my 10+ year old car with 100,000+ miles on it were making have ceased. To me it was worth the cost. More

Doug Schreiber was our salesman before and we were more than glad to work with him again. He has such a kind personality and wants to make sure you feel content with your experience and your new vehicle. He has said he wants to treat people how he would want to be treated...and that clearly comes across. Some people dread the process of buying a new car so I recommend coming to Crown and working with Doug; it will be a refreshing car-buying experience! More
