I’d like to extend my gratitude to Crown Motors-Jeep of Dublin, OH, and their salesman, Craig Gowitzka, for the excellent buying experience I had there this week. Due to a career change where I gave up the company car, I was in the market for a 3rd vehicle, as my daughter was coming home for extended break from college and I had been driving “her” Jeep Liberty the past few months. I was leaning heavily toward another couple of vehicles, after some research and test drives. But, having owned or leased 5 Jeeps in the past, I thought I would at least see what the new line-up offered. Craig met me in the showroom, and invited me to have a chat about just what I really needed from the vehicle, what sort of budget I’d set for it, and how long I might need it. He helped me realize that I actually did want to stay with something more “utilitarian” than what I’d been looking at. At his suggestion, we took a drive in a Patriot Lattitude, and I was very much impressed. I’d always had 4WD in all of the other Jeeps, but my experience with front wheel drive vehicles put me at ease with the upcoming winter. After some reasonable negotiation, with Craig as my advocate, I signed the papers for my 6th Jeep. Craig had shown me some special features during the test drive, and did a thorough job at the delivery a couple days later. I’m happy to be back at Crown, and glad to see they have super young guys like Craig on their sales floor. More

From start to finish Everett was very helpful and pleasant. He was willing to work around my busy schedule to come in for appointments with him.
