Although I was in the market for a new Ram 1500 after driving the new Durango R/T I knew this was the vehicle I wanted. Process was very straight forward and vehicle price and trade appraisal was very fair. I would definitely recommend Lew to anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle. It was a pleasure to work with him. Upon taking delivery of my new vehicle Lew noticed something not right with the tail lamps. Unfortunately I was unable to take vehicle home due to safety issue involved.He did not hesitate to provide me with an alternate vehicle until the service department could diagnose the next day. Tyler Ramsey was also a pleasure to work with as soon as he diagnosed the issue with my new Durango he also did not hesitate to provide me with an alternate vehicle until the parts needed arrived a couple days later. Tyler actually came in on a Saturday morning to assist with the repair himself so I could start enjoying my new vehicle right away. By these two individuals going out of their way to accommodate me made what could have been a very bad buying experience into a positive one. Normally the process of buying a new car is stressful, but they made it really easy. Since we've had the car we haven't had any problems, but we do visit the service department on a regular basis for oil changes. They have a great deal where you can buy multiple oil changes at a great discounted price and we never have a problem getting in and out quickly. The service manager is super nice and there is never a doubt that the workmanship is less that awesome. I would absolutely recommend this dealer if buying a new car. And I would absolutely recommend the service department regardless of what kind of car you have. These guys are pros! More
