After several issues with my (2011) vehicle over the past four months I have become quite discouraged with the manufacturer and their ability to put reliable vehicles on the road. With that being my sole opinion, I have to say that the challenges from this vehicle have in large part been overshadowed by this dealership and the amazing service staff. I (unfortunately) have had the honor of working with and around just about all of these individuals and all of them are consistently solid regarding customer service, communication, reliability and proactive updating. While I am very disgruntled with the manufacturer, I am feeling much better about this dealership and the service staff...They have taking a rotten series of circumstances and managed to turn them into a positive experience. If anyone is putting stock in the dealership they work with when making a large purchase I strongly urge you all to consider "Crown" as they truly go above and beyond for clients....A very special thank you to Dustin Litteral for his professionalism and courteous service towards my situation(s). If not for Crown and Dustin, I would be on a complete warpath! More

This was my second time to purchase a vehicle from Crown Jeep. The first was a used vehicle (Jeep Grand Cherokee), this time I purchased a new Jeep Compass. I first though checked out other dealers in the area because I wanted to scope out the inventory and get an idea of prices. The high pressure sales in a couple of these dealer ships were overwhelming. They were determined I was not going to leave their business without a purchase. Then my husband and I went to Crown and met Chris Norman. Chris was a pleasure to work with, no high pressure sales - just helpful information. Over the course of a week or so, he found me the vehicle I wanted with a few added features. I would highly recommend any of my friends and family to deal with Crown and especially Chris Norman.
