The service performed took care of my initial problem which was the ignition switch. However, when I got home I noticed that the key was not moving quite like it was before. I called Mark back and we setup a time for me to bring my Jeep back so I could show him my concern. it turns out that the technician remembered there was an issue and forgot to mention to Mark that the lock cylinder seemed to be a concern. I have an appointment scheduled for Saturday, October 12th to have the lock cylinder replaced but I feel like I wasted some of my time and gas by coming back to the dealership to discuss an issue which should have been addressed when I picked up my Jeep on Tuesday, September 17th. We were looking for a used vehicle for our son. He saw the 2007 Ford 500 at Crown on the internet. While it was nearly 2 hours from our home, the vehicle and price warranted our trip to Dublin. I came into the dealership recently because I my brake and turn indicator lights were off on the left side. This was a dangerous driving situation which needed to be taken care of immediately. I walked in hoping I could be fit in the schedule since I did not have an appointment. I was approached by Mr. Mark Nelson and I explained my problem to him.. Even though it was a busy day, Mr. Nelson arranged for a mechanic to take care of my vehicle and I was out of the door in no time at all. I am so grateful for him taking time to listen to me and help me with my van. I had planned to wait for my vehicle with my 2 year old Granddaughter so I appreciated a short rather then long wait I left the dealership smiling because of the wonderful service and will most certainly ask for Mark Nelson when I return. I came into the dealership yesterday looking at Jeep Wrangler Unlimiteds. My current truck is at the end of it's life and I'm considering switching from a full size 4-door truck to a Jeep that is a lit Wrangler Unlimiteds. My current truck is at the end of it's life and I'm considering switching from a full size 4-door truck to a Jeep that is a little more fun and a little less work related. Tom answered the few questions I had and I went home. He gave me his card but didn't press me for anything other than my name. I went back today and he set me up with an all day test drive without me having to ask. It was really helpful for me to have the vehicle all day to do my normal thing and have time to look over it and get a feel for a different style vehicle at my house without any pressure or distractions. I returned it this evening and we talked about what I liked and what I didn't and if I got one which options I'd get. I haven't made up my mind yet, but if I do decide to get a Wrangler I look forward to dealing with Tom at Crown. More
