My gratitude goes out to Tim Basak. I put in a call to the dealership on seeing a car on their website to see if it was still available. I had been shopping for a car with my mother for 2 weeks (her car w the dealership on seeing a car on their website to see if it was still available. I had been shopping for a car with my mother for 2 weeks (her car was totaled in an accident). She was apprehensive about getting another car and we had been to a half a dozen dealerships already trying to find something to replace her car that she had lost. I have dealt with a lot of salesman but when I made the call to their dealership and explained to Tim what I was looking for, not only was he efficient but he made sure that the vehicle I was inquiring about was still on the lot before I made the long trip there. When we pulled in the lot, he not only had the car pulled up to the building, he was waiting outside when we arrived. He was there smiling and he was so friendly and polite. I use to work for a dealership (and we did visit that dealership), but he made us feel like we were dealing with an old friend. The sales manager was in too much of a hurry though. He was more concerned about going home than making sure that everything was taken care of. Also when we finished I called the insurance co. to make sure they had the car insured , they faxed the temporary card to the company. The manager had left and locked the door but Tim made sure the next morning that he e-mailed it to me so that we could have the info. Overall if I were to buy another car I will put this dealership at the top of my list. Tim I give you an A+ for your part in the deal, the manager who helped us maybe a C. He was nice but when you are doing business like this, the business helps pay your bills (the manager that is). More

The moment I had contact with this dealership, I was impressed. I was interested in a certified Toyota Camry LE in their inventory. I saw it on line.
