I immediately appreciated Doug's low-pressure and friendly, honest approach. We spoke about my needs and took a 2014 Jeep TrailHawk for a test drive. Full knowing this was out of my price range, I was very candid about my finances and how I hoped to get into a newer vehicle. When we returned to the dealership, I returned to the lot to continue to look, when Doug had returned, he asked if I had ever considered the newly redesigned Dodge Durango. Truthfully, I hadn't, but knowing that it could likely have many of the same options as the 2011 Jeep, I was intrigued. When Doug said he would do whatever was necessary to get me into a brand new vehicle, I was even more intrigued. I had never owned a new car!
