My experience at Crown Jeep was excellent. I worked with sales person Lew Ash who is extremely professional, knowledgeable and patient. I purchased a Jeep Wrangler and I will have it modified with a lift k sales person Lew Ash who is extremely professional, knowledgeable and patient. I purchased a Jeep Wrangler and I will have it modified with a lift kit, bigger tires and wheels and new front/back bumpers. Lew was masterful in coordinating with the service manager the accessories that I would need for the modification. He was definitely an advocate for me as a customer in matching my desires with a price that was very good. I would recommend Crown and Lew to buyers that are interested in a new vehicle. More
When I was looking to replace my 2007 Jeep GC, I was only hoping to upgrade to a 2011 model. When I was greeted by Doug Schrieber, he was very friendly and attentive. I have purchased several vehicles and also work for an auto manufacturer. When it comes to pricing, there isn't a whole lot that people can get past me. I immediately appreciated Doug's low-pressure and friendly, honest approach. We spoke about my needs and took a 2014 Jeep TrailHawk for a test drive. Full knowing this was out of my price range, I was very candid about my finances and how I hoped to get into a newer vehicle. When we returned to the dealership, I returned to the lot to continue to look, when Doug had returned, he asked if I had ever considered the newly redesigned Dodge Durango. Truthfully, I hadn't, but knowing that it could likely have many of the same options as the 2011 Jeep, I was intrigued. When Doug said he would do whatever was necessary to get me into a brand new vehicle, I was even more intrigued. I had never owned a new car! Upon an agreed test drive for the entire day (I asked that since I was unfamiliar with the vehicle that I be able to drive it to work for a day) Doug was happy to oblige! I fell for the Durango and came into some good fortune as it was overstock from 2012 and BRAND NEW! By listening to my needs and my financial situation, Doug was able to get me into a vehicle I never considered at a price I never thought possible. Doug will help get you into the right car at the right price! He made my buying experience the most pleasant one I could imagine. I refer anyone and everyone I know looking for a new vehicle to Crown Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram and have them ask for Doug Schrieber! More

I called to schedule an appointment with Jason which happened to be his day off. When I entered he quickly sat down with me and went through what I was looking for in a new vehicle, proceeded to look a happened to be his day off. When I entered he quickly sat down with me and went through what I was looking for in a new vehicle, proceeded to look at a few and went on a test drive. It was a very quick and smooth process. I had my heart set on black upon entering the dealership, but Jason made a second color recommendation since black was not in stock and I actually preferred that color over black. (I was actually prepared to not purchase if black was not in stock!). After my test drive we found the vehicle with all the options I was looking to get and started preparing all the documents. After a short while, Jason introduced me to Terry in Finance and went through all the paperwork. He was very helpful and explained everything I was signing in good detail. I was impressed how quickly the mound of paperwork was completed. He appeared to have a good system down. All of my follow up appointments (oil change, diamond finish, etc) were scheduled while I was there. Jason set up my iPhone on Bluetooth and set up the uConnect app). He walked through all the functions and features as well. Jason and Terry for very friendly and I would recommend these individuals and this dealership to anyone. -Chad More

He understood what I wanted, what my budget was and said he would do everything he could to make sure I left today with what I wanted. He said I'd either leave happy or leave knowing it just wasn't in the cards for me, but he'd never make me feel I got something I didn't like. He worked tirelessly and went back and forth with the manager several times to finally land on the car of my dreams at around the price my wife and I needed! He was so nice, friendly and honest. No B.S. I could NOT be happier with my experience dealing with Tom. I got to ride out of here in a car that finally, for the first time in my life, feels really freakin' good. Without over-reaching in finances. Thank you, Tom. You have changed my outlook how dealerships across the board. Get this guy as much exposure with clients as possible, he's an amazing individual.
