I called to schedule an appointment with Jason which happened to be his day off. When I entered he quickly sat down with me and went through what I was looking for in a new vehicle, proceeded to look a happened to be his day off. When I entered he quickly sat down with me and went through what I was looking for in a new vehicle, proceeded to look at a few and went on a test drive. It was a very quick and smooth process. I had my heart set on black upon entering the dealership, but Jason made a second color recommendation since black was not in stock and I actually preferred that color over black. (I was actually prepared to not purchase if black was not in stock!). After my test drive we found the vehicle with all the options I was looking to get and started preparing all the documents. After a short while, Jason introduced me to Terry in Finance and went through all the paperwork. He was very helpful and explained everything I was signing in good detail. I was impressed how quickly the mound of paperwork was completed. He appeared to have a good system down. All of my follow up appointments (oil change, diamond finish, etc) were scheduled while I was there. Jason set up my iPhone on Bluetooth and set up the uConnect app). He said I'd either leave happy or leave knowing it just wasn't in the cards for me, but he'd never make me feel I got something I didn't like. He worked tirelessly and went back and forth with the manager several times to finally land on the car of my dreams at around the price my wife and I needed! He was so nice, friendly and honest. No B.S. I could NOT be happier with my experience dealing with Tom. I got to ride out of here in a car that finally, for the first time in my life, feels really freakin' good. Mark Nelson is my service advisor. He was ready at my appointment time, got the work scheduled done in a timely manner while I waited and advised me on diagnostic results. I appreciate Mark's helpfulness and promptness. The building and waiting area and restrooms are clean and tidy. One of the workers went to find more tea bags upstairs so I could have a cup of tea. I have also used the transportation service on other occasions when the service was going to take more than an hour. I would recommend Mark Nelson to anyone looking for a good service advisor and Crown to anyone looking for an automobile. More

We initially returned to drive a used car but weren't certain that we didn't want a new car. After test driving the car we ended up purchasing, and questioning IF it was the ONE, we looked at numerous v certain that we didn't want a new car. Frank, my father was very nervous about buying another car after his old one was totaled in an accident but really needed a new one. We came to this lot and talked first with one of the people who were there from finance company's who were trying to sell as many cars as possible quickly and none of us, my father, my husband, or I got good vibes from him and probably would not have come back if it wasn't for Lew Ash. He is a friend of the family and I happened to mention to him our experience at Crown Kia and he told me that he worked at the lot and would be glad to help us out in finding a car. He went out of his way to look for options my father would be comfortable driving. He was extremely professional and courteous. I know that to be his personality even if we weren't friends.
