Everything about my purchasing experience was enjoyable and went off unhinged. I completely trust Crown and all that work there. Before this experience, car dealerships to me have had a stigma of money sca and went off unhinged. I completely trust Crown and all that work there. Before this experience, car dealerships to me have had a stigma of money scalping, penny pinching, and a general lack for the customer (thanks Danny DeVito from Matilda). But this is far from the truth at Crown... and I'm now the proud owner of a brand new Fiat convertible. I would highly recommend doing business with them. :-) More

We enjoyed our sales experience at this dealership. Everyone was super friendly, and the car the price was even lower than the Kelly Blue Book "fair" price we looked-up beforehand. Tim went out of his way to help us set-up the new car features, even looking up information he didn't know offhand. Jody investigated potential discounts through our insurance carrier and honored them despite changes in that program. The showroom was very hospitable while we waited for financing, and Tim and Jonathan stayed late on a Saturday night just so we could complete our paperwork and drive home our cute new FIAT.
