I took my Jeep in to the Crown Chrysler Jeep dealership for the first time this week and couldn’t be more pleased with my experience. It was easy to make an appointment and I was greeted as soon as I walke for the first time this week and couldn’t be more pleased with my experience. It was easy to make an appointment and I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door. I was able to meet with the service manager, Dustin Litteral, right away to discuss what I needed fixed. Dustin was extremely professional, thorough and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the specifics of what needed fixed and why, and wasn’t pushy about any unnecessary repairs.. Dustin seemed very genuine in providing great customer service and made sure my car was well taken care of. I received regular updates on the status of my vehicle and it was finished way ahead of schedule. I am new to the area and have had some bad experiences with other repair shops in town. I’m excited that I finally found a place that truly cares about their customers and has honest service managers that you can trust to do great work! Thank you, Dustin and all of the Crown staff! Also, huge bonus for me-they provide a free shuttle to take you home or to work (thanks, Rick) and even offered to wash my car before I left :))) More
