I actually had 2 vehicles due for service at the time and inspections needing done on one of them. He was very up front about everything, gave me what the recommended intervals for service are for the factory recommends for each vehicle, and let me know what was probable on each to be found. He was very thorough in checking on things and consistent in keeping me updated on both vehicles statuses. He himself was well versed in the mechanics of everything so could explain things very well.
