Everything I wanted, quickly and easily. I walked into Crown not really knowing what I was doing and looking for a new Jeep Cherokee to lease. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by Dan Pierce. Dan was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable on what I was looking for, He was personable and showed his passion for the brand and how much he enjoys his job. I was looking for what I would almost consider an unreasonably good lease deal on the vehicle that I wanted. Dan Pierce worked with me and we were able to reach a price that I was more than satisfied with. I initially had fraud alerts on my credit which made the process very long, all of the staff involved with my purchase were incredibly patient and helpful during the time it took to clear the fraud alerts. I could not be more satisfied with my interactions with the staff and with the deal that I got. I will definitely be back for my next vehicle. More

Great service! I had an appointment for an oil change recently. Check-in was easy and they started on my car immediately. He gave me the option for them to be taken care of same day so I didn’t have to come back! He and the service men were very timely.
